This is collection and evaluation of data related to the target mass to determine correct and efficient marketing strategies. Samples are taken from the mass selected as target and target mass is reached by channels such as phone, fax and internet.
Texts to be used in the conversations to be held are prepared in advance. Conversation is made by a trained team in accordance with the text. All records about conversations are maintained. Research data collected are delivered electronically in the format required. Results are evaluated statistically when requested.
